Crew members now have an additional location to renew passports. The downtown Detroit office recently opened and is located on the second floor at:

211 W Fort Street, Detroit, MI 48226.

Prior to visiting the office, applicants must schedule an appointment and call the National Passport Office at

877-487-2778. Follow the prompts to receive an appointment reference code.

 At the appointment, please take the following:

1. Appointment code

2. Passport

3. Application

4. Passport photos (2)

5. Photo I.D.

6. Letter from NWA / Delta

7. Form of payment (e.g., credit card/ money order/ personal check/ cash – EXACT change only

Crew members or individuals traveling Internationally within 7 days may receive it the same day; if their appointment is made prior to 11:30 the preferred option by the office is to have you come back the next day; or have the renewed passport mailed to their home address.
