We invite you to express your interest serving in an expanded peer assist capacity. To learn more about the AFA/EAP, additional information is available at http://www.afanet.org/eap/

The Association of Flight Attendants' Employee Assistance Program is the vehicle through which our new union delivers peer assistance services. The AFA EAP offers our previously separate services of CISM, Pro-Stan and CAP through each EAP representative. Trained EAP committee reps provide peer support and assistance within their locals to help members effectively address a wide array of personal and work-related issues, including family concerns, relationship problems at home and at work, traumatic incidents on and off the aircraft, financial difficulties, substance abuse, and emotional well being.

We have volunteered to help implement this long-standing and well-respected peer assistance program throughout our new AFA local councils for Northwest flight attendants.

Please contact us if you have an interest in one of the limited number of EAP rep positions within your local.

We look forward to hearing from you.
